Blog didático : integração na prática pedagógica

Abstract

A pesquisa foi realizada em uma escola municipal do estado de São Paulo, na qual esta pesquisadora atuou como Professora de Informática Educativa e, após sua saída, retornou como professora voluntária, apoiando o projeto pedagógico que está relacionado com a preservação de um fragmento da Mata Atlântica. Para fazer a integração das tecnologias digitais de informação e comunicação (TDIC) com o projeto da escola, criou-se um blog que serviu de instrumento para alunos e professores na divulgação das ações da escola em prol da preservação da mata. Além disso, pretendeu investigar o papel dos professores e dos alunos na utilização desse recurso de modo crítico e criativo. A base de apoio para essa investigação foi uma comunidade de professores do grupo Blogs Educativos, que discutem as tecnologias digitais e recursos da web 2.0 na educação. A investigação se deu por meio de questionários e entrevistas, sendo que, primeiramente, fizemos um questionário piloto que foi respondido por professores da escola em questão e alguns professores do grupo Blogs Educativos. Com base no questionário piloto, criamos um questionário definitivo, que ficou disponível para os professores que usam as TDIC e, principalmente, os blogs. Os resultados obtidos revelaram que o recurso blog, embora tenha um grande potencial educativo, é pouco usado na prática da sala de aula. Percebeu-se, também, que o recurso blog pode ser um instrumento para a prática da leitura e escrita, como também, simultaneamente, uma espécie de mural que alunos e professores podem consultar de qualquer lugar. Os resultados sinalizaram, ainda, que esse recurso pode ser um ótimo auxílio para as demais áreas de conhecimento e para o acesso aos diversos recursos digitais. Por fim, os resultados mostraram a necessidade de criação de espaços nas escolas para os professores planejarem as atividades a serem trabalhadas no blog e também para visitarem os blogs dos alunos.

This research was done at a county school of the State of São Paulo, in which this author worked as a Teacher of Educational Informatics and, after retiring, went back to it as a volunteer teacher to support the pedagogical project related to the preservation of a fragment of the Atlantic Forest. In order to integrate the digital technologies of information and communication (DTIC) with the school’s project, a blog was created, which served as an instrument for students and teachers for publicizing the school’s actions in favor of the preservation of the forest. Besides, this author also wanted to investigate the role of the teachers and the students in the use of this resource in a critical and creative manner. The basis of support for this investigation was a community of teachers of the Educational Blogs group, which discusses the digital technologies and the web 2.0 resources in education. The investigation was done through the use of questionnaires and interviews, starting with a pilot questionnaire that was answered by teachers of the said school and some of the teachers of the Educational Blogs group. On the basis of the pilot questionnaire, we created a definitive questionnaire, which remained available for the teachers that use the DTIC and, chiefly, the blogs. The results obtained revealed that the blog, although having a great educational potential, is in practice not much used in the classroom. It was also perceived that the blog resource can be an instrument for the practice of reading and writing, as well as, simultaneously, as a kind of mural, which students and teachers can refer to from anywhere. The results furthermore signalized that this resource can be an excellent help for other areas of knowledge, as well as to access a variety of digital resources. Finally, the results showed the need for the creation of spaces in the schools for the teachers to plan the activities to be worked with in the blog, as well as to visit the blogs of the students.
