Elementos para uma análise linguística do discurso realizado em situação de entrevista : contributos para o seu estudo semântico-pragmático

Abstract

Com este trabalho, procuraremos, na generalidade, analisar o comportamento linguístico subjacente ao processo de interação no género discursivo entrevista de seleção. Especificamente, procuraremos descrever os fenómenos discursivos que permitem a preservação da ordem interacional nas trocas conversacionais entre interlocutores com “papéis interacionais” (Kerbrat- Orecchioni, 2004:16) distintos na entrevista de seleção e demonstrar o poder da linguagem com base nas estratégias discursivas de que os interlocutores se socorrem na produção enunciativa. O ensejo de observar os fenómenos discursivos usados por interlocutores que ocupam uma função posicional na comunicação diferente permitirá perceber como os entrevistados constroem seus discursos para manter a sua imagem ou criar uma boa impressão de modo a alcançar os seus objetivos, preservando a sua face no ato interacional, convocando, para tal, estratégias discursivas dirigidas a amenizar ou evitar as tensões na interação social; observaremos como se processa a cortesia linguística, um princípio regulador da conduta subscrito entre a distância social e a intenção do locutor, possibilitando a manutenção do equilíbrio interlocutivo e social entre os participantes, com o recurso, por vezes, à polifonia enunciativa na progressão discursiva.

With this work, we will seek; in general, analyze the underlying interaction process in the discursive gender selection interview linguistic behaviour. Specifically, we will describe the discursive phenomena that allow the preservation of order in the interactional conversational exchanges between interlocutors 'interactional roles" (Kerbrat-Orecchioni, 2004:16) in separate interviews for selection and demonstrate the power of language based on the discursive strategies that the interlocutors rely upon the enunciative production. The opportunity to observe the discursive phenomena used by speakers who occupy a positional function in different communication will realize how respondents construct their speeches to keep your image or creating a good impression in order to achieve its objectives, while preserving their face in the act interactional, calling for such strategies directed to minimize or avoid tensions in social interaction: observe how it handles linguistic politeness, a regulatory principle of conduct signed between social distance and the intention of the speaker, enabling the maintenance of social equilibrium among the participants as well as the use of polyphony in expository discourse progression.
