Abstract

O presente texto busca contribuir para a discussão a respeito da reforma administrativa no Brasil, propondo-se a apresentar as linhas gerais de uma análise de caráter histórico e político que examina o tema como parte de uma mais ampla reforma do Estado.

This paper tries to bring to the discussion some contributions to the administrative reform in Brazil having in mind the general lines of a historical and political analysis which reflects upon the theme as a wider reform of the State.
