- Um exuberante exemplar de ecletismo arquitetônico do início do séc.XX a “Casa da Bóia”, fundada em 1898 por Rizkallah Jorge, artesão sírio que mandou construir o edifício em 1909. Como na maior parte dos prédios da rua, originalmente o andar térreo tinha funções comerciais e o pavimento superior servia como residência do proprietário.

- A lavish example of eclectic arquitecture at the beginning of the 20 the century: the "Casa da Boia"(a hardware store) founded in 1898 by Rizkallah Jorge, a Syrian craftsman who had it build in 1909. As was with most of the buildings on the street, the grpund floor was originally used for commercial business and the upper floor was used as the owner's residence.
