O saber e o não revelar da violência sexual doméstica infantil na dinâmica do profissional escolar

Abstract

Pretendeu-se, com o presente estudo, refletir sobre a dinâmica da violência sexual doméstica infantil em suas diversas manifestações no contexto escolar. Buscou-se investigar, por meio de entrevistas semi estruturadas, como profissionais escolares conceituam violência sexual doméstica infantil, se e como identificam estes casos entre seus alunos e como agem diante da suspeita de violência sexual doméstica infantil. Embora a notificação desses casos seja impositiva a toda sociedade, a literatura revela o silêncio da escola diante da violência contra a criança. Refletir sobre quais são os aspectos subjetivos que dificultam a denúncia da violência sexual doméstica infantil por parte de profissionais da educação e mantém este silêncio foi o principal objetivo deste estudo. A partir da análise da fala de cinco profissionais escolares sobre o tema, abordou-se a respeito das dinâmicas envolvidas no enfrentamento, na manutenção e na origem da violência sexual contra crianças no seio familiar (ou relações incestuosas), e seus reflexos na escola e na sociedade. As entrevistas foram gravadas na escola e analisadas conforme referenciais metodológicos provenientes da análise de conteúdo e da psicanálise. Foi possível concluir, a partir das respostas de nossos entrevistados, que o silêncio de profissionais escolares diante da violência sexual contra crianças é uma realidade e mantém-se por meio de mecanismos psicológicos complexos que exercem influência sobre a condução do problema e são mediados por constructos sociais e culturais. Além disso, a realidade institucional descrita pelos entrevistados revela que ainda pouco se investe na vinculação entre as diversas áreas de atendimento à família incestuosa, favorecendo o isolamento e o silêncio de profissionais que estão muito próximos da criança que revela sua vitimização doméstica

The aim of this study is to reflect on domestic sexual abuse in childhood and its different manifestation through school context. The intent of it was to investigate, through semistructured interviewof professional school, how they understanddomestic sexual abuse in childhood, if and how identify such cases among their students and how they act on suspicion of it. Although the notification of these cases is impose on society as a whole, the literature reveals that the silence in the face of violence against children is a reality in school. Reflecting on what are the subjective aspects that preventeducation professionals to report their suspects of domestic sexual abuse in childhood and maintains this silence was the main objective of this study.The concern is to understand why the school professionals keep quiet about their students´ problems.Through five different reports of child sexual abuse conducted by five different school professionals we were able to study the problem, its reocurrence and its roots against children in their own environment (or incestual relations) and its affects on their school environment and society. The research was conducted by semi-structered interviews recorded at school and analised usingContent AnalysisandPsychoanalysisapproaches. From this study we were able to conclude that silence is still kept after a case of child sexual abuse and there is a high probability of its reocurrence and again of being no reporting to the authorities because of our social and anthropological environment. In addition to this, the institutions described here are still very quiet towards the problem keeping it isolated and giving no support to the families and victims involved
