Bibliotecas escolares e instrumentos digitais nos espaços escolares: uma pesquisa em Marília-SP

Abstract

The article reports on research conducted with fifteen teachers and forty-five students in three high schools municipal Marília - SP, with the goal of mapping relationships between school libraries, computer labs and digital devices. The investigation is linked to the other two poles: one in the Faculty of Education, Federal University of Uberlândia and another at the French Institute of Education, in Lyon, France. Responses were obtained through questions previously formulated and recorded by scholars in an interview situation. The article initially retrieves historical projects of French in the late nineteenth century with the intention of establishing linkages with the situation in 2012, in Brazil. It then presents and comments on the graphics with data. The findings indicate the absence of organicity in relations between libraries and computer labs. Handheld devices outside of school are predominantly used to play and participate in social networking sites.

O artigo relata pesquisa realizada com 15 professores e 45 alunos em três escolas de ensino municipal de Marília - SP, com o objetivo de mapear relações entre bibliotecas escolares, laboratórios de informática e dispositivos digitais. A investigação está vinculada a outros dois polos: um na Faculdade de Educação da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia e outro no Instituto Francês de Educação, em Lyon, França. As respostas foram obtidas por meio de perguntas previamente formuladas e registradas por bolsistas em situação de entrevista. O artigo inicialmente recupera projetos históricos franceses do final do século XIX com a intenção de estabelecer vínculos com a situação em 2012, no Brasil. Em seguida, apresenta e comenta os gráficos com dados obtidos. As conclusões indicam a ausência de organicidade nas relações entre bibliotecas e laboratórios de informática. Os dispositivos portáteis fora da escola são utilizados predominantemente para jogar e participar de sites de relacionamento.
