O profissional da informação no contexto da gestão esportiva: clubes de futebol, uma proposta para o Marília Atlético Clube

Abstract

The information professional as essential component in the soccer‟s club and this article approaches the importance of the information professional insertion inside the soccer‟s club. Know the structure of the clubs, as well like identify the diverse information that are inserted in this context – internal and external environment – of these organizations is necessary for a better comprehension of the activities that the information professional can perform in the clubs. Carrying out a parallel with the organizational structure model proposal by Mintzberg (1995) with the structure of Marília Athletic Club stayed clear the need of the information professional insert, therefore the Club is inserted in a highly competitive environment, there is many information, but little explored.

O profissional da informação como componente essencial nos clubes de futebol. O artigo aborda a importância da inserção do profissional da informação dentro dos clubes de futebol. Conhecer a estrutura dos clubes, bem como identificar as diversas informações que estão inseridas neste contexto, tanto no ambiente interno, quanto no externo destas organizações é necessário para uma melhor compreensão das atividades que o profissional da informação pode desempenhar nos clubes. Realizando um paralelo com o modelo de estrutura organizacional proposta por Mintzberg (1995) com a estrutura do Marília Atlético Clube ficou clara a necessidade da inserção do profissional da informação, pois o Clube está inserido em um ambiente altamente competitivo, onde há muitas informações existentes, mas pouco exploradas.
