Redução do tempo de ciclo baseado na produção enxuta em uma rémontagem de tubos de freios e combustível

Abstract

In today's competitive environment of automakers, it is essential to obtain the highest efficiency of the production process. This paper presents a study in a pre-assembly of brake pipes and fuel of a vehicle where the value stream maps and information (VSM – Value Stream Mapping) were designed in order to improve the process by reducing the Lead Time Production of a product, reducing waste and decrease time between processes. This work can be divided into three stages, the first building the VSM of the initial state, the second VSM of the proposed state and finally the VSM than was actually performed and to present the gains were achieved effectively. The proposed VSM would lead to a gain of 54% in lead time and 61% in processing time, since the VSM implemented had gains of 47% in lead time and 48% in processing time even without major investments as originally proposed. Concluding that even without big investment, using the techniques of lean manufacturing is possible to achieve high levels of process efficiency

No atual ambiente competitivo das montadoras de automóveis, é imprescindível obter o maior eficiência do processo produtivo. O presente trabalho apresenta um estudo realizado em uma pré-montagem de tubos de freio e combustível de um automóvel onde foram desenhados os mapas de fluxo de valor e informação (VSM – value stream mapping) afim de aperfeiçoar o processo, reduzindo o tempo de Ciclo de Produção de um Produto (Lead Time), o tempo de processamento, reduzir perdas e diminuir o estoque entre processos. Este trabalho pode ser dividido em três etapas, a primeira a construção do VSM do estado inicial, a segunda o VSM do estado proposto e por fim o VSM do que foi de fato realizado e apresentar quais ganhos foram efetivamente alcançados. O VSM proposto levaria a um ganho de 54% no lead time e 61% no tempo de processamento, já o VSM implementado obteve ganhos de 47% no lead time e 48% no tempo de processamento mesmo sem grandes investimentos como se propunha inicialmente. Concluindo que mesmo sem grandes investimento, ao utilizar as técnicas de manufatura enxuta é possível atingir grandes níveis de eficiência nos processos
