Crítica ao conceito de Necessidades Básicas de Aprendizagem (NEBA) a partir da categoria marxiana de necessidades humanas

Abstract

O presente trabalho trata da crítica ao conceito de Necessidades Básicas de Aprendizagem por meio da submissão da categoria necessidade ao movimento metodológico marxiano revelador das leis gerais da sociedade capitalista. Visou-se explicitar que os antagonismos de classe permeiam a esfera da educação escolar ao impedirem à classe trabalhadora a apropriação dos signos da cultura que desnudam o potencial das forças produtivas em transcender o modo de produção vigente e ter nas necessidades humanas novo impulso direcionador. Delimitamos como hipótese desta investigação que, tendo em vista que a organização social burguesa vale-se de mecanismos contra-atuantes para barrar a realização das necessidades das forças produtivas, transgressoras das leis gerais de reprodução do capital, na esfera da educação escolar os ideários pedagógicos cerceadores da apropriação da realidade aos limites do pensamento empírico atuam como barreiras impeditivas do alcance das necessidades suplantadoras da ordem social burguesa. A verificação da referida hipótese ancorou-se na epistemologia materialista histórico-dialética e nos preceitos fundamentais da psicologia histórico-cultural e da pedagogia histórico-crítica. Ao longo da investigação, a categoria necessidade revelou sua essência antagônica de garantidora da dinâmica em que as contradições do sistema capitalista se movem e se realizam e geradora da divergência basilar entre a finalidade de autovalorização do capital e o potencial das necessidades de suas forças produtivas cuja complexidade supera os limites das presunções burguesas pautadas na usurpação do trabalho alheio.

This work is a critical to the concept of Basic Learning Needs through the submission of the need category to the Marxian methodological movement, revealing of the general laws of capitalist society. It aimed to clarify that the class antagonisms permeate the sphere of education, preventing the working class ownership of the cultural signs that revelas the potential of the productive forces that transcend the existing mode of production and has the humans needs as its new foundation. We have delimited as the hypothesis of this research, that, given that the bourgeois social organization makes use of counter -acting mechanisms to stop the fulfillment of the needs of the productive forces, in the sphere of education the pedagogical ideals which curtail the appropriation of reality to the limits of empirical thinking act as barriers hindering the scope of the needs which outline the ways to overcome the bourgeois social order. The verification of such a hypothesis anchored in the historical and dialectical materialist epistemology and the fundamental principles of the historical- cultural psychology and historical- critical pedagogy. Throughout the research, the category needs revealed its antagonistic essence of guaranteeing the dynamic in which the contradictions of the capitalist system move and perform and generating the basic difference between the purpose of self-valorization of capital and the potential of its productive forces which go towards meeting needs that transcend and overcome it.
