O caminho construído pelo Serviço Social na educação técnica-profissional em busca da emancipação humana

Abstract

A presença de assistentes sociais na Educação vem se consolidando na contemporaneidade e sendo sistematizada pela categoria profissional no intuito de compreender como este espaço é conquistado a partir do direcionamento hegemônico da profissão. O contexto sociopolítico atual é caracterizado pelo sistema do capital que impõe determinados valores e formas de agir em sociedade, por isso estabelece as relações sociais e impacta na organização social, nas políticas sociais, na política educacional, na política de saúde e em todas as esferas e setores da sociedade, bem como é o sistema capitalista o responsável pelas contradições da realidade, pela exploração do homem pelo homem, pela coisificação das relações humanas e por engendrar o ser social na alienação. O ser social tem suas potencialidades tolhidas por esse sistema e não consegue estabelecer com o trabalho a relação que funda a si mesmo, pois o trabalho deixou de ser o meio de formação e desenvolvimento do ser humano para se tornar um meio de subsistência de si e de manutenção do capital, e a inserção ao mundo do trabalho se tornou responsabilidade do ser social a partir de sua qualificação para ingresso as atividades do saber fazer, que são requisitadas pelo mercado. A Educação enquanto responsável pela formação humana, capaz de conscientizar, de empoderar cada ser humano como protagonista da sociedade foi restrita a uma política pública, organizada e gerenciada pelo Estado e pelo capital com o objetivo de formar mão de obra para o mercado e como meio de domínio ideológico da massa trabalhadora, ou seja, a Educação se firmou como uma poderosa estratégia para disseminar os ideais do capitalismo e do neoliberalismo. Para o Serviço Social, enquanto profissão atuante nas expressões da questão social, a Educação é um espaço ocupacional também estratégico, inclusive no ensino técnico profissional, que historicamente foi desenvolvido para a qualificação de pessoas, que aprenderiam as técnicas e conhecimentos voltados para elas, de forma acrítica, pois é um lócus profissional que por sua característica de formação é um espaço que pode gestar a desalienação e contribuir para o reconhecimento dos seres sociais enquanto capazes pela (re) construção da sociedade. Esta pesquisa objetiva entender o trabalho profissional dos/as assistentes sociais no Senac São Paulo, compreendendo como contribuem ou podem contribuir para a busca da Emancipação humana, que configura o horizonte hegemônico da categoria profissional. Por meio da pesquisa bibliográfica, documental e de campo e pelo método histórico dialético foi possível percorrer o contexto histórico da sociedade, da Educação e entender como o Serviço Social está se inserindo neste espaço ocupacional da Educação técnica-profissional e materializando os princípios éticos, e incidindo na cultura e na hegemonia da ideologia que remete a transformação da sociedade, e na conquista de uma sociabilidade onde o ser social seja livre, autônomo e acesse a Emancipação humana. Portanto, refletimos como os/as assistentes sociais têm atuado junto às expressões da questão social e qual tem sido sua direção social no Senac São Paulo, que educando por uma perspectiva crítica, rompem as amarras deste sistema.

The presence of social workers in education has been consolidated in contemporary times and being systematized by the professional category in order to understand how this space is gained from the hegemonic direction of the profession. The current socio-political context is characterized by the capital system that imposes certain values and ways of doing things in society, so establishing social relationships and impacts on social organization, social policy, education policy, health policy and in all spheres and sectors of society, as well as the capitalist system responsible for the contradictions of reality, the exploitation of man by man, the commodification of human relationships and engendering social being on sale. Being social has its potential constrained by the system and can not establish with work relationship that founds itself, because the work is no longer the means of formation and development of the human being to become a livelihood for themselves and capital maintenance and entry to the world of work has become responsibility of the social from their qualification for entry activities to know the make, which are required by the market. Education as responsible for human, able to educate, empower every human being as a protagonist of society was restricted to public policy, organized and managed by the state and capital in order to form labor to the market and how through ideological domination of the working mass, ie Education has established itself as a powerful strategy to disseminate the ideals of capitalism and neoliberalism. For Social Service, as a profession active in terms of social issues, education is an occupational space also strategic, including professional technical education, which historically has been developed for the qualification of people who learn the focused skills and knowledge for them to uncritically, it is a professional locus which in its characteristic formation is a space that can gestate the alienation and contribute to the recognition of social beings as capable for (re) building society. In this research we aim to understand the professional work of / social workers atSenacSão Paulo, including how they contribute or can contribute to the pursuit of human emancipation, which sets the hegemonic horizon of the professional category. Through bibliographical, documentary and field research and the historical dialectic method it was possible to go through the historical context of society, education and understand how the Social Services is entering this occupational area of vocational technical education and materializing the ethical principles, and focusing culture and hegemony of the ideology that leads the transformation of society and the achievement of a sociability where the social being is free, autonomous and access to human emancipation. Therefore, reflect how / social workers have worked with the expressions of social issue and what has been its social direction in the Senac São Paulo, educating a critical perspective, breaking the shackles of this system.
