Adolescentes e jovens... em ação!: um estudo sobre os aspectos psíquicos e sociais que envolvem a educação do adolescente hoje

Abstract

A presente pesquisa partiu das inquietações surgidas da experiência da pesquisadora enquanto Diretora do Setor de Saúde do município de Descalvado sobre as manifestações do fenômeno da adolescência na contemporaneidade. Esse fenômeno pode ser percebido através das crescentes manifestações de indisciplina, violência, desinteresse e consumo de drogas que a população jovem vem apresentando. Neste contexto, encontramos na população adolescente, formas de atuação, que denunciam as condições precárias de individuação desses jovens, uma vez que os mesmos se lançam em situações limite. Essa atuação do adolescente é entendida, na maioria das vezes, como patológica e ameaçadora, provocando a exclusão dessa população. A partir dessas observações optei por entender os aspectos psíquicos e sociais que estavam conduzindo os jovens para essas situações. Para tanto foi utilizada a Psicanálise - e seus contemporâneos - como fundamentação para uma pesquisa bibliográfica iluminada por alguns depoimentos de adolescentes que foram destacados ao longo do contato da pesquisadora com grupos de adolescentes do Município de Descalvado (São Paulo). O objetivo do estudo consistiu em buscar uma fundamentação teórica que permitisse a articulação das questões internas (subjetivas) e externas (culturais), que têm levado o adolescente ao ato/atuação, seja contra si mesmo, seja contra a sociedade. Pretende-se ainda pensar em que medida a educação não formal (social, saúde) poderia se articular com a educação formal no sentido de permitir que o adolescente encontre seu lugar na sociedade, sem contudo, arrombá-la...

The present research emerges from the uneasiness feeling arising from the experience as a researcher while Director of the Health Sector in the municipality of Descalvado, São Paulo, regarding the manifestations of the phenomenon represented by adolescence as we know nowadays. This can be observed through the increasing forms of indiscipline, violence, aloofness and high drug consumption observed within the teenager population. Within this context, we have found forms of acting, amongst these adolescents, which denounce the poor conditions of individualization of these youngsters, once they often put themselves into edgy situations. Such way of acting is understood mostly, as pathological and threatening, leading to the exclusion of this population. From these observations, I have chosen to understand the psychologic and social aspects, which push these young subjects into such situations. In order to do this, I used the Psychoanalysis - and its contemporaries - as the base for a bibliographic research enlightened by some adolescents' statements collected over the period of contact between the researcher and a group of adolescents from the city of Descalvado (São Paulo). The objective of this study consisted on seeking theoric base, allowing for the articulation of internal (subjective) and external (cultural) questions which has been leading the youngsters to such acts and actions, no matter if against themselves or society. I also intend to think of to which measure non-formal (social, health) education could interact with formal education in the sense of allowing these adolescents to find their place in society, without breaking it whatsoever...
