As injunções da pós-modernidade nas dimensões da cultura escolar

Abstract

Com este trabalho pretendemos: 1 Analisar o colapso do projeto da modernidade, as noções que levaram a isso e os obstáculos epistemológicos e paradigmáticos levantados para que essa análise seja feita de um modo sério e não panfletário; 2 Analisar os traços do projeto da modernidade e analisar os quadros de emergência da pós-modernidade na filosofia, nas artes, nas ciências, na epistemologia e na dimensão sócio-cultural; 3 Desenvolver algumas lições da antropologia das organizações educativas em suas duas tipicalidades destacando, fundamentalmente, as problemáticas da alteridade, do policulturalismo e das culturas escolares; 4 Mostrar as injunções da pós-modernidade no âmbito da escola e nas duas dimensões da cultura escolar (trabalho educativo e gestão).

With this work, we intent to: 1. Analyse the breaking-down of the modernity's project, the notions that took until it and the epistemologic and paradigmatic hindraces; 2. Analyse the lines about the modernity's project and analyse the emergency frames from the post-modernity in the philosophy, arts, sciences, epistemological and cultural dimensions; 3. Develop some lessons from the anthropology of the educational organizations in it two tipicalyties, emphasizing, fundamentally, the alterity problems, the polyculturalism and school cultures; 4. Show the injunctions of the post-modernity at school and in the both dimensions of the school culture (educational work and management).
