Racionalização da energia elétrica com aplicação da legislação tarifária em indústria de embalagem plástica

Abstract

A energia elétrica é essencial no desenvolvimento, conforto e bem estar da sociedade moderna. Contudo seu uso ineficiente contribui para a sobrecarga do sistema elétrico principalmente no horário de ponta, provocando sérios problemas a toda a população. O seu uso de forma eficiente e racional tem sido estudado, pesquisado e recomendado insistentemente. O presente trabalho de pesquisa tem por objetivos estudar as curvas de carga típicas do Estado de Mato Grosso do Sul, o consumo de energia elétrica, e as condições mais convenientes de operação para que a indústria de embalagens plásticas em estudo, possa usufruir dos benefícios da legislação e em decorrência colaborar no sentido de aliviar o carregamento do sistema elétrico no horário de maior demanda. Para tanto, foram usados dados do Balanço Energético Nacional, coletados junto a Enersul e registrados na indústria pelo analisador de energia. No período analisado, os dados revelaram que a indústria manteve um fator de carga médio de 0,4235, inferior à média característica das indústrias que atuam neste ramo de atividade que é de 0,53, e os dados do analisador de energia sinalizam ainda a falta de regularidade na demanda de energia elétrica, provocando um custo maior no kWh consumido. Em relação ao consumo e demanda, qualquer uma das tarifas horosazonais azul ou verde representaria uma economia significativa na conta de luz em relação a tarifa convencional vigente na indústria. Com os dados obtidos na indústria foi possível fazer simulações sobre a tarifa mais adequada bem como avaliar o percentual de redução no importe. A análise econômica revelou um benefício anual equivalente positivo em todas as alternativas analisadas. Com as conclusões de que a modulação de carga do Estado de Mato Grosso do Sul é muito inferior a do Estado de São Paulo... .

The electric power is essential to the development, confort and welfare of modern society. The inefficient way of using and the useless consuming contribute to the overload of the electrical system specially in determined schedules, causing serious problems to the population. The use of energy in a efficient way has been studied, researched and recommended. The present research work has the aims of studying the typical charge curves of Mato Grosso do Sul State, the electric power consumption and the most proper operating conditions for the plastic packaging industry in study can profit from the legislation benefits, and thus, to collaborate in lightening the electric system load in the demand-peak hours. In order to do it, it was made use of the National Energetic Balance, whose data were collected up from Enersul and registered in the industry by the energy analyzer. In the assessed period, the data revealed the industry has kept an average charge factor of 0,4235, which is minor than the national average, which is related to factories that are run in the same branch and whose average is 0,52. The energy analyzer outcomes showed up that the industry doesn’t get to hold regularity on the electric power demand, what turns the consumed kWh-cost higher. Relating to the consumption and demand, any of the blue or green seasonal hour-based fees would represent a remarkable saving in the mains supplier bill when compared to the conventional fees charged in the industry. With the data obtained from industry, it was possible to perform simulations over the most suitable fee as well as to evaluate the diminishing percentage in the amount.
