Método intercessor e saúde mental – construindo saberes a partir da práxis

Abstract

Este estudo propõe o Método Intercessor como recurso para a ação e a produção de conhecimento. Discute as características, as vicissitudes e alguns resultados de sua aplicação em uma situação concreta na área da Saúde. Os fundamentos deste método se encontram na articulação de conceitos da Análise Institucional, em princípios do Método Dialético, e em conceitos da Psicanálise, sobretudo na vertente lacaniana, como a teoria de cartéis e os conceitos de intensão e extensão. A pesquisa contextualiza historicamente o campo da Saúde Mental na atenção básica e analisa a experiência de um grupo de trabalhadores, cujo objetivo foi a produção coletiva de conhecimento para a práxis neste campo. Faz uma reflexão sobre os saberes produzidos a partir desta iniciativa em uma dupla perspectiva: num diálogo com a universidade (considerando o estatuto do saber mais comumente produzido com os métodos tradicionais, e o saber produzido a partir da práxis conforme proposto pelo Método Intercessor) e dialogando também com a área da saúde, principalmente a da Atenção ao sofrimento psíquico na atenção básica.

This project proposes the Intercession Method as a resource to the action and production of knowledge. It discusses the characteristics, the vicissitudes and some results of its application in a concrete situation in the Health field. The fundaments of this method are found in the articulation of concepts in the Institucional Analysis, in the Dialetic Method principles, and in concepts of the Psychoanalysis, especially in the Lacanian strand, as the Theory of cartels and the concepts of intension and extension. The research contextualizes historically the field of Mental Health in basic attention and analyses the experiment of a group of workers, whose objective was the collective production of knowledge for the practice in this field. It makes a reflection about the knowledge produced from this initiative in a double perspective: in a dialogue with the universities (considering the feature of the knowledge most commonly produced with the traditional methods, and the knowledge produced through the practice as proposed by the Intercession Method) and dialoguing as well with the Health field, especially the one whose attention is on the psychical suffering in the basic attention.
