Efeito da inclusão da fitase sobre o desempenho, densitometria óssea, excreção de fósforo e nitrogênio e viabilidade econômica de frangos de corte

Abstract

O experimento foi realizado para avaliar a inclusão de diferentes níveis da enzima fitase, valorizando sua matriz nutricional, sobre o desempenho, rendimento de carcaça, densidade óssea, excreção de fósforo e nitrogênio e viabilidade econômica de frangos de corte nas fases, inicial (1 a 21 dias), crescimento (22 a 42 dias) e total (1 a 42 dias). Foram utilizados 960 pintos de corte com um dia de idade, sendo 50% macho e 50% fêmea em cada parcela, distribuídos em um delineamento inteiramente ao acaso com cinco tratamentos e seis repetições de 32 aves cada. Os tratamentos consistiram de uma dieta testemunha para cada fase de criação, formulada segundo as recomendações de ROSTAGNO et al. (2005), e outros quatros foram formulados adicionando níveis crescentes da enzima fitase 25, 50, 75 e 100 g/tonelada (250, 500, 750 e 1000 FTU de fitase/kg de ração), ao adicionar a enzima fitase a matriz nutricional da mesma foi valorizada para garantir os mesmos níveis nutricionais da dieta testemunha (T1 – controle). Os dados foram submetidos à.análise de variância e, em caso de significância estatística foi realizado o teste de Tukey a 5% de probabilidade. A matriz nutricional da fitase acima 500 FTU de fitase/kg de ração proporcionou queda no desempenho, na densidade óssea e os menores valores de excreção de fósforo.

The experiment was conducted to evaluate the different inclusion levels of the enzyme phytase, valuing your nutritional matrix, on the performance, carcass yield, bone density, phosphorus and nitrogen excretion and economical evaluation of broiler chicken in the phases: initial (1 to 21 days), growth (22 to 42 days) and total (1 to 42 days). Nine hundred and sixty broiler chicken were used with a day of age, 50% male and 50% female in each boxes, they were distributed in a completely randomized experimental design, with five treatments and six replications of 32 birds each. The treatments consisted of a control diet for each phase, formulated according to the recommendations of ROSTAGNO et al. (2005), and other four were formulated adding growing levels of the enzyme phytase 25, 50, 75 and 100 g/ton (250, 500, 750 and 1000 FTU of phytase/kg fed), when adding the enzyme fitase the nutritional matrix of the same was valued to guarantee the same nutritional levels of the control diet. Data were subjected to an ANOVA and means were compared by Tukey test at 5% of probability. The nutritional matrix of the phytase above 500 FTU of phytase/kg determined fall in the performance, bone density and the smallest values of match excretion.
