Eventos terapêuticos em Dias do Avesso : uma análise semântica e pragmática do discurso numa emissão a duas vozes

Abstract

Este trabalho tem como objectivo analisar o modo como se procedem as relações interactivas e a construção do sentido, bem como as estratégias discursivas actualizadas pelos interlocutores, num discurso dialógico, procurando demonstrar a importância que a linguagem e o seu uso apresentam nas relações interpessoais em geral e, em particular, em contexto radiofónico, na medida em que as sequências de actos de discurso são formas de acção, falar é agir sobre o outro e de o influenciar, sendo a influência o fim constante da comunicação. Quando inicia uma interacção, o locutor impõe ao alocutário um determinado quadro de atitudes e comportamentos para o desenvolvimento que deverá ser respeitado pelo alocutário, que tem o direito de problematizar, inferir, ou apenas pedir esclarecimentos. Os interactantes possuem direitos e deveres constantemente negociados durante a interacção. As interacções verbais desenrolam-se segundo regras que permitem gerir a alternância de tomada de vez. Considerámos assim a) o quadro comunicativo, segundo o modelo de Catherine Kerbrat-Orecchioni; b) as sequências iniciativas e de fecho da interacção; b) o desenvolvimento conversacional, em particular a introdução do tópico conversacional, as pré-sequências discursivas de preparação da análise do tema, e a progressão discursiva. Por fim, analisámos o acto directivo de conselho, segundo a taxonomia dos actos ilocutórios de Searle. A nossa escolha recaiu sobre as estratégias discursivas dialógicas, uma vez que o diálogo é forma primária de co-construção de significados da palavra e do mundo, a que o carácter terapêutico do discurso dá voz. O corpus, por nós considerado, é constituído por 80 transmissões (cerca de 7 horas de gravação) do programa Dias do Avesso, transmitido pela Antena 1 da Rádio Difusão Portuguesa, de 19 de Agosto a 31 de Dezembro de 2009 (salvo algumas excepções por motivos técnicos). A análise ao longo de perto de cinco meses, permitiu construir a história conversacional e interaccional dos interactantes, o jogo de papéis que colocaram em acto, numa representação de contornos psicodramáticos, que conferem um tom coloquial à conversação e viram do avesso o contexto institucional radiofónico.

The goal of the present work is to analyse the interactive relations and the construction of meaning, and also the discourse strategies performed by the interlocutors in a dialogic speech aiming to demonstrate the importance that language and its use represent in terms of interpersonal relationships in general, and specifically in the radio context. Considering that the sequences of illocutionary acts are modes of action, speaking is acting over the other and influencing him, being the influence the last end of communication. When the speaker begins an interaction its imposed to the hearer a framework of attitudes and behaviours in order to achieve a certain interaction development which should be respected by the hearer, this one has the right to query it and infer or just ask for clarifications. The participants have rights and duties, constantly negotiated during the interaction. The verbal interactions are developed in accordance with the rules that allow to manage the changing of turn. In the view of the above mentioned we have considered the following: a) Catherine Kerbrat-Orecchioni’s communicative frame; b) opening and ending interactions sequences; b) conversational development, in particularly the introduction of the talking topic, the speech pre-sequences that allow the thematic analysis, and the speech development. Finally we have considered the directive act of advice, considering the Searle’s taxonomy of illoctionary acts. We have chosen the study of dialogic speech strategies as the dialogue is the primary form of co-construction of word and world meanings, highlighted by the therapeutic character of the conversation. The corpus of analyse considered by us is constituted by 80 radio broadcasts (around 7 hours of recordings) of the programme Dias do Avesso, broadcasted by Antena 1 (Radio Difusão Portuguesa) from 19th August 2009 till 31st December 2009 (excluding some exceptions due to technical constraints). The analyse made to the programmes broadcasted during almost five months allowed us to build the conversational and interactional story among the participants, and to become aware of the role-played by them, with psychodramatics edges, which give a colloquial tone to the conversation and turn-out the institutional radio context.
