O mito de édipo - uma análise antropológica

Abstract

O artigo aborda o mito de Édipo procurando inicialmente desvendar o código calêndrico — astronômico do mito. Uma segunda leitura realça o tipo psicológico de Édipo no retrato que dele faz Sófocles, retrato que parece corresponder ao espirito da nascente filosófica grega. Finalmente, retomando análises de Luc de Heusch, R. Cohen e Yamagushi, procura desvendar um código político, tentando acompanhar as transformações da organização política dentro do contexto histórico do surgimento da polis, seguindo a mesma linha de investigação de Jean-Pierre Vernant.

The article concerning a discussion over Oedipus myth, tries ftrst to infer the astronomic — calendrical code of the myth. A second lecture indents Oedipus psychological type as pamted by sophocles, which corresponds apparently to the risind Greek philosophical spirit at lasl, retaking some other analysis (as these of Luc de Heusch, R. Cohen and Yamagushi), the article intends to discover the political code, trymg to pursue the transformation of political structures, in the historical context of Greek urbanisation, followmg some research — line as Jean-Pierre Venant.
