Museu virtual do Ibilce: uma grande história ao alcance de todos

Abstract

The memory is gaining more importance in the field of organizational communication, acquiring strategic role in motivating the internal public and strengthening the brand of the organization. The main objective of this project is to continue the Virtual Museum of Bio-sciences, Letters and Sciences Institute (Ibilce), campus of São José do Rio Preto, constantly updating his pages and inserting new content, and the specifics objectives are: to raise the internal and external community Ibilce the greatest interest in knowing the factors that made and make the institution what it is today, strengthen the sense of belonging and community in the internal public of Ibilce, to contribute to the documentation of the history of the city of São José do Rio Preto, since safeguarding the history of Ibilce is to protect the history of the city itself, and raise the image of UNESP, through the presentation of all the achievements of the institution. Updating content is done through the collection of new documents and statements from faculty and staff who worked on this institute. All this material is scanned or entered by the team and serves to feed the different museum sections: Library, Curiosities, Storytellers, Staff, Awards, Pictures, Fiftieth anniversary, Events, News, Properties. Over time it increased the museum's content and also the community's interest for the project and was therefore achieved the objectives proposed.

A memória vem ganhando cada vez mais importância no campo da comunicação organizacional, adquirindo função estratégica na motivação do público interno e no fortalecimento da marca da organização. Este projeto tem como objetivo principal dar continuidade ao Museu Virtual do Instituto de Biociências, Letras e Ciências Exatas (Ibilce), câmpus de São José do Rio Preto, atualizando constantemente suas paginas e inserindo novos conteúdos, e como objetivos específicos: suscitar na comunidade interna e externa do Ibilce maior interesse em conhecer os fatores que fizeram e fazem da Instituição o que ela é hoje, reforçar o sentimento de pertença e de coletividade na comunidade interna do Ibilce, contribuir para a documentação da história da cidade de São José do Rio Preto, uma vez que resguardar a história do Ibilce é resguardar a história do próprio município, e valorizar a imagem da UNESP, por meio da apresentação de todas as conquistas da Instituição. A atualização do conteúdo é feita por meio da coleta de novos documentos e de depoimentos de docentes e funcionários que trabalharam neste instituto. Todo esse material é digitalizado ou transcrito pela equipe e serve para alimentar as diferentes rubricas do museu: Biblioteca, Curiosidades, Contadores de historias, Servidores, Prêmios, Imagens, Cinquentenário, Eventos, Noticias, Patrimônio. Com o passar do tempo cresceu o conteúdo do museu e, também, o interesse da comunidade para o projeto, tendo sido, portanto, alcançados os objetivos propostos.
